Accessible corner unit bathing in natural light! . Our space is a corner unit, bathing in natural light (living room windows are essentially floor to ceiling). It has contemporary, beautiful finishes with lots of accessible outlets. It also captures cinematically on camera; ideal for both photography and videography. We've had both!NOTE: Street level noise (streetcar/traffic, etc.) might find its way into audio.It's also extremely clean, as we maintain it regularly. Available as a production, meeting and yoga space. We cannot host large events but open to small gatherings. (Bridal/baby shower? Team lunch? These could work!)The entire space would be available to you (unfurnished), though some personal belongings will remain in the bedroom closet.Available: - Full washroom (cleaned meticulously) - Kitchen - Living room - Closet space upon entry (additional closet space can be made available) - Bedroom (can be used as storage room)

Rules
It is a quiet building with a few tenants. We like to be as respectful of their space as our own. - No loitering in the halls or lobby - Prompt exit of the unit at end of rental day (renters must vacate by 6:30 pm) - No smoking in the unit or by building front doors - Renters to be mindful of elevator and unit floors when moving equipment; any damages to elevator or halls will result in additional charge6:30 firm wrap time for productions.
