Be respectful and treat property as if it was your own. No smoking in building. Not for personal use (i.e social gatherings or parties), only for commercial/professional use for purposes of filming TV/MOVIE/DIGITAL content.
Please note we do have a Cat which can be locked in an unused room or taken from property at your request.
