Rules
1. Renters and their team must be insured.2. Everything must be left as it was prior to use of the space.3. Parking spaces are limited so depending on the size of the project this would be an important issue to address.4. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum.5. Place must be left in as clean a shape as it was and any trash must be collected and hauled away.
