Description
Metta Rest Spa offers 7 Flotation Rest Therapy pods, a far infrared sauna and boutique yoga sanctuary and library.. Metta's Rest Spa's main therapy is floating however, in addition to the 7 float rooms, there is also a far-infrared sauna, boutique yoga room (5-8 people) and a colorful library (sitting room). We also have washing machines/ showers/ dish washer/ fridge/ and office space on site. Floating is a therapy where you rest inside a pod filled with 800lbs of Epsom Salt. Being weightless and limiting sound, light and temperature fluctuation, the brain automatically goes into rest and restore mode. There are many different benefits to Flotation Therapy including but not limited to: decreases stress hormones, improves circulation, heightens mental clarity, eliminates jet lag or hangover symptoms, and (our favorite) 1 hour of floating= 4-6 hours of deep sleep!Metta is a luxury Float Spa offering robes/ changing rooms/ products and full service. We are the only float location to fully drain and sanitize the pods in between each float session. The beautiful space would be perfect for a film shot in a spa or with unique pods/ chambers. Also available for private party rentals for float appointments.

Rules
If booking for private float party, a metta staff member must be present to operate the float pods. Detailed description of intent for space rental must be provided. If you break it, you buy it.
