Large space available for shooting. Wood floors, neutral off-white walls, floor-to-ceiling backdrop system, softbox lighting. . Very open and airy. 14' x 18'. It's perfect for shooting single subjects or groups, as well as self-tapes, auditions, or product photography. Clothing rack available for use as well. I'm also available to assist with shooting and will be available at the location if anything is needed.

Rules
I'm very relaxed, but since this is a residential area so courtesy to surrounding neighbors is appreciated. I have speakers available for use as long as the music is at a respectable level. Cleanliness is expected and appreciated as well. Care while handling any borrowed equipment is also required. I'll be available to assist with any questions or concerns.
