Includes 12x12 raised stage, theatrical lighting, projector and screen, 16 cabaret tables for filming, recording, rehearsal, meetings, lectures, rehearsals etc.Also available is our 1,000 sq. ft full service coffee house with LaMarzocco espresso machine, 12 rack convection oven.Both spaces rent separately or jointly.

Cancellation policy: Strict
100% refund if renter cancels more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 7 days before the start of the booking.
Rules
Please be aware of our rental policies! There is a cancellation fee of 50% within a week of the rental and 100% within 48 hours of the event.All production entities must present Insurance certifications before production enters the space.Any overages will be charged at 30 minute intervals based on the overall rental price.
