With over 3000 square feet of open space, our studio rental space is fully equipped to accommodate all of your photography studio rental, video studio rental, film production, and private studio rental needs. Our studio rental space is always open to new clientele and partners with creative ideas.$85 for up to 10 People

- No smoking in the building. - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.- Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.- All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing.- We don't charge a safety deposit but we expect you to treat our space and equipment with care and be responsible for the damage that may occur.
