A 5,000 square foot creative industrial space with 23' ceilings perfect for any project big or small.. At 5000 square feet this creative space is perfect for short to long term projects. An empty warehouse with a vintage industrial look the green brick and tarnished wood walls work gracefully as a backdrop. We welcome set builds, large scale dance sequences, concert style music videos and large scale car and prop set ups. The steel casement windows are fitted with black out curtains switching from daylight to black out studio. The open layout of this stage allows multiple set builds and large productions. The space comes with an adjustable speed rail grid for rigging. House power and other amenities are available on site. Rules
Use of premises any time after the agreed period will incur overtime charges. Each hour of Overtime shall be rounded up to the next hour. A damages/cleaning fee may be assessed if the space is not restored to its original condition, excluding regular wear and tear.A Certificate of Insurance with minimum policy of $1,000,000 must be provided.On site dumpsters may only be used for the disposal of food trash.
