It has undergone a complete restoration and is now available for one of a kind eventsOver 4,000 sqft on the main floor including: -Kitchen -Ladies room w/ 3 toilets -Men's room w/ 1 toilet, 2 urinals, 1 shower-Office-Bedroom w/ full bathroom-Huge outdoor space with direct vehicle access-Outdoor bathroomStreet parking and public transportation are available, but if needed a nearby lot can be arranged for up to 100 cars at an additional cost of $300Total fee is subject to change and based on day of week, number of guests, etc... Minimum hourly rate does not apply to weekends or larger events.A 12-hour rental period is required for events with 60 guests or more.Valet is required for events with more than 100 guests.Valet must begin one hour prior to guest arrivals.All vendors and staff must be licensed and insured.The site manager does not act as your coordinator. Rules
Event must be private, invitation only with free drinks. Cash bars are not permittedThe sound level will be monitored and controlled by the site manager. Music may not be played outside. Music played indoors must be at a low enough level that guests can talk above the music without shouting. Site manager will inform renter if music needs to be lowered at anytime.
