. Yes, a rehearsal space with a hot tub.I have a little rehearsal space in the back of my apartment, that exits out to my big deck and back yard with a hot tub that I keep running year round. The small (10'x12' - which is admittedly quite small) unconventional rehearsal space fits up to 3 folks at once (4 if you are not using the electric piano), and is open for scheduled rehearsals between the hours of 11am-9pm, 7 days/week.Gear: I have a 4-piece drum kit with cymbals (it's a Gretsch renown '57!), a bass, an amp, an acoustic guitar, a full electric piano, a cajon, patch cords and music stand you can use (or I can get the keyboard out of the way if you don't need it).You will also get access to my backyard with working hot tub, for you and your band to relax in after rehearsal! The rehearsal space is available for $20/hr, and after the rehearsal is done, you are welcome to stick around to socialize and use the backyard/hot tub with no additional charges.Note: The other rooms in the house will be functioning as a household during the time you are rehearsing, so there may be people around perhaps using the kitchen (which you can use), doing laundry, enjoying the back yard, or living in their bedrooms - some of the people here are short term travellers who visit from all over the world, so the people you see may be different every time you are here.This is a very laid back household and I'd be happy to share the space with other like minded folks who are seeking a place to work on their tunes.If you are interested, I'd be happy to set up a time for you to come and check out the space, or for you to simply schedule a rehearsal.
