Small italian farmhouse located on the side of a hill sitting on about 100 acres of property. A stream runs through the southside of the property. North of the house, atop the hill is a barn that overlooks beautiful open fields.
Various forested areas also located on the property. Down a small path near the barn is a burnt down older barn from the 60s and a burnt out old car.
The main building is white stucco with a brown roof. Theres a small set of stairs toward the main entrance. Located inside is a full kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. In total theres 11 beds.
