Designed to reflect the urban essence of Chicago, this venue is a loft style brick building that sits directly on the corner of Wolcott Ave and Grand Ave for convenient parking and easy guest access. Rules
Rates listed are for a 6-8 hour timeframe that includes set-up and breakdown. We do not reduce rental rates for shorter rentals. full day rentals allow usage of the Space between 8:00am-1:00am.We require 50% of the rental fee as a down payment to secure a date. dates are not secured unless both a down payment and signed contract have been submitted.
