What makes the space versatile and stunning is the 2-floors featuring windows for natural light, 18ft ceilings, exposed wood beams and pipe, midcentury modern inspired furniture and decor, real plants, and full bath and kitchen.
Other photography essential add-ons include a 9ft backdrop stand, seamless paper rolls, fabric backdrops, reflector, clothing rack, steamer, wifi, speakers, and props.
Guests are welcomed to move around furniture to make the space their own.

Rules
*Standard COVID Rules apply. The studio is NOT a living space, and is cleaned and disinfected before and after every client. Face masks are required for all building guests. Wash and sanitize your hands upon arriving and before leaving. Max 6 person capacity in space. Leave ON TIME so cleaner can do their job.
*NO smoking
*NO glitter
*NO pets (unless hypoallergenic) please ask if ok.
*NO outdoor footwear is to be worn past the entrance for hygiene of the studio and to protect the floor. Treat it like your home please.
*DO NOT damage floors or walls. Pushing/dragging furniture across the floor ruins the floor AND the furniture. If you're going to move furniture, please get the assistance you need to lift the furniture or else don't move it. Please do not tape or hang anything to the walls. Any damages will result in your deposit being forfeited.
*Your booking begins the time you book for, no earlier, and ends the time it's booked, no later. If you require extra time to move things, load/unload, then please book appropriately.
