The Gallery space is a self contained suite, offering even more privacy for groups that require exclusive space for a long session. /// ROOM INCLUDES /// 3 large rolling 6-8-ft wooden tables 4 3-ft benches-- all of which, are available. /// ADDITIONAL AMENITIES /// 50 folding chairs 5 6-ft folding tables LCD projector and screen are included in each rental. Rules
CLIENT Contact: A designated representative authorized to act on behalf of the CLIENT must be in attendance at all times during the Event. This person is responsible for adhering to all terms of the agreement regarding event activity onsite. Entry & Exit Times: The entry and exit times listed in the Event Details section must be followed strictly. Event staff or guests cannot arrive before the entry time, and cannot stay past the exit
