If _renter___ terminates this agreement for any reason more than 6 weeks from the event date, the "space" will keep the deposit paid, and may choose to either refund the remaining payments made or credit them to a future rental agreement . The "space" reserves the right to decide how this refund is made, and this decision must be approved by the office
