Contemporary art gallery available for rental. Perfect for special events, fundraiser, cocktail party, networking receptions.. Unique and spacious, located in the trendy Granville Island area 10 min away from Downtown Vancouver, this Contemporary Art Gallery is tucked away in an alley surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. Faux wooden floors, vaulted 20 foot beamed ceilings with a second floor balcony overlooking the main floor. Also includes movable track lighting, with plenty of storefront windows looking onto both the alley and main drive-by street. This space is available for rent evenings after gallery hours. Perfect for your special event, fundraiser, launch party, networking cocktail reception, films and photoshoots, small weddings, etc. The possibilities are endless! Events will need to embrace our curated sculpture and paintings decor. WiFi is available and we are wheelchair accessible. Upstairs, there is a small fridge that accommodates at least one case of wine, a bar counter and sink, a microwave oven and a sitting area. A bathroom is located on the main floor. Several cocktail tables are included if needed. Rental hours are based on a flat rate for the evening.

Rules
Alcohol can be served based on appropriate licensing applied for. There are no cooking facilities so food must be catered. Event must end before 11pm and the premises left clean.Other: We can work with all event planners, caterers and party professionals.No smoking anywhere on premises at any time. All events must be supervised by a gallery employee.Event and property insurance is required.The Cleaners must be provided.
