Terms
Cancellation policy: Strict
100% refund if renter cancels more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 7 days before the start of the booking.
Rules
- All events must end by 1 AM, load out by 2 AM.
- We require a Certificate of General Liability Insurance for your event, which is due no later than 14 days prior to your rental.
- We are open to working with vendors that are not included in our suggested list, but all outside vendors must be approved by your Event Sales Manager before you book with them.
- Our building has a 20-car parking lot available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Ample street parking is also available, along with valet and transportation options to and from the venue.
Bring Your Own Booze:
If your caterer is providing alcohol - a liquor license, proof of liquor liability, and bartenders’ basset certificates are required.
If you are purchasing alcohol independently - proof of liquor liability and bartenders who are basset certified is required.
