A unique studio space, this location offers a great backdrop for artists, directors and shoots. Privately owned means we make lots of flexibility.. The building we call home was originally home to the Bank of Italy - which began in 1904 in San Francisco by A.P. Giannini. As one of the first local branches of the Bank of Italy, the Hester branch was constructed in 1926. It was designed by prestigious architect H.A. Minton who also designed the 13-story Bank of Italy building on the corner of Santa Clara and First Street in San Jose. In 1930 the Bank of Italy became Bank of America.In December of 2016 we called it home to our fitness studios, and we gave it a facelift that we hope you adore! Come in and see what we have done since taking over the building.
