Our unique design utilizes the buildings raw, industrial charm and flexible floor plan to create a truly one of a kind location. We have multiple gallery and lounge spaces, as well as a big outdoor space that can be used for parking or other.We are ideal for filming, commercial shoots, private events, live performances, art exhibits, experiential brand marketing events, and anything in between. We are centrally located on the LA River in Los Angeles, minutes from Downtown and Hollywood.We also offer in house pro-audio and visual equipment, and mobile furniture and bar counters.
