100% refund if renter cancels more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 7 days before the start of the booking.
Rules
- No smoking.- Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.- Trash bins are inside and outside of the space and trash should be placed inside.(If using space for event space) There is a catering buy out fee , guests must provide valid permits for all vendors, and the space will be set for you upon arrival. You are allowed a 60-minute grace period. If you should need additional time, please inquire
