The North Stage is 3,000 sq. ft. of creative warehouse space consisting of vintage white brick, concrete floors, and full-length industrial windows. The North Stage has a light, airy feel perfect for photo shoots, music videos, and special events. The windows provide indirect light throughout the day while a 13' grid provides additional lighting positions. In addition to the brick walls and windows, there is a smooth white wall with a seamless corner perfect for photo shoots. For load-in, the stage has a loading dock with a roll-up door.

Rules
Use of premises any time after the agreed period will incur overtime charges. Each hour of Overtime shall be rounded up to the next hour. A damages/cleaning fee may be assessed if the space is not restored to its original condition, excluding regular wear and tear.A Certificate of Insurance with minimum policy of $1,000,000 must be provided.On site dumpsters may only be used for the disposal of food trash.
