We are a floatation center that has a mediation room for rent. It is 176 sq. feet . Float Valley opened in August and has over 200 clients.. Float Valley is the first floatation center in the GTA and has 6 floatation cabins on site.Floating allows you a full hour to yourself to distress and recharge. To float, you enter the cabin and lie down in the water which is heated to skin temperature and saturated with 800 pounds of Epsom salts, letting you float effortlessly to the top.The cabin is built to block out sound and light. After you have closed the door your mind and body are free to slip into a state of deep relaxation. Floating has been researched by neuroscientists for its overwhelmingly positive effects on stress, anxiety, muscle recovery and pain. Nothing is as rejuvenating as the complete stillness of the waters at Float Valley.We are offering our meditation room to people who wish to use this space for classes for yoga, meditation etc.Please contact Float Valley to rent this space or if you have any further questions!
