Our Grand 2 Stage is a 7,000 sq. ft. of unobstructed space with 32 ft. high ceilings equipped with a 30 x 30 x 24 2 wall Cyclorama wall. This stage includes black soundproofing walls to provide the barrier from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Warehouse wall is painted in the original green patina paint which further enhances the industrial feel. The ceiling is lined with a grid making it easy making it easy to hang lights and includes windows that can be blacked out providing the ideal natural light for your shot. The large empty space makes it ideal for set builds.

Rules
Use of premises any time after the agreed period will incur overtime charges. Each hour of Overtime shall be rounded up to the next hour. A damages/cleaning fee may be assessed if the space is not restored to its original condition, excluding regular wear and tear.A Certificate of Insurance with minimum policy of $1,000,000 must be provided.On site dumpsters may only be used for the disposal of food trash.
